Are you ready to leave the paperwork behind?
Because every hour spent on a checklist, chasing a signature, or double-checking a file is an hour not spent selling.
Every file, checked
by an actual person.
Real estate has no shortage of AI assistants now. I'm not one of them. I'm a transaction coordinator with a paper trail to prove it, and I personally review every document that comes across my desk before it goes back out.
48
Transactions coordinated in 13 weeks for one team.
100+
Transactions for a single agent over 18 months.
200+
Transactions coordinated across a brokerage in one year.
Catherine knows the real estate business inside & out and is extremely efficient with transaction paperwork.
She anticipates my needs and acts quickly on time-sensitive items. During my busiest time of year, she was a Godsend with my transaction paperwork and I could trust her to competently handle tasks while I focused on client-facing work.

LET’S WORK together
-
Every lead gets logged the moment it comes in and stays current for the life of the relationship, so your pipeline reflects reality without you having to update it yourself.
-
Once a lead turns into a signed listing agreement or buyer representation agreement, I prepare the document, get it ready for signature, and open the file, checklist and all, so day one of the transaction starts in compliance.
-
Once you're representing the seller, I schedule the vendors, photographer, stager, lockbox, sign install, and other listing needs, so you can stay focused on pricing and marketing strategy.
-
Offer documents are drafted and ready for signature, so you can move the moment your buyer is ready to write.
-
You always know exactly where a file stands, every signature and initial placed and tracked to completion, without having to ask or check yourself.
-
Conditions, amendments, notices of fulfillment, and status certificate orders are all prepared and tracked to the deadline, so nothing slips through to put your deal at risk.
-
Every document is checked page by page against compliance requirements for the board before it's filed, catching what's missing or incomplete before it becomes a liability, for you or your client.
-
Lawyers, final documents, and mortgage paperwork are tracked and sent to the appropriate parties through to closing day, so you're not the one following up with three different people.
-
Your file is closed and archived to your brokerage's retention requirements, organized and findable the moment you need it again, whether that's next month or years down the line.
You're not hiring software. You're hiring someone who's done this hundreds of times.
Twenty years across brokerages, government audit work, and file after file after file. I know what it actually takes to get a file closed clean.
You show, sell, and close. I follow up and tie off every loose end in between.

FAQs
-
Both, depending on your volume, you can pay per file or monthly. I'll recommend a tier based on your typical number of transactions a year.
-
No. I work inside whatever transaction management system and file storage you or your brokerage already use, SkySlope, Dotloop, BrokerBay, whatever it is. You don't need to change anything on your end.
-
Time-sensitive documents are handled the day they land, not queued. For general filing and organization, most items are turned around within 24 hours.
-
Only if you want me to be. Some agents prefer I stay behind the scenes and route everything through them, others are comfortable having me follow up directly with buyers, sellers, or their lawyers on document logistics. Either way works, we just set the preference upfront.
-
You're only billed for the work completed up to that point, not the full file rate. Conditions falling through or a deal collapsing is a normal part of real estate, and it doesn't carry a penalty.
-
Reach out with your average monthly or yearly file volume, and I'll recommend a tier. Once you're set up, we agree on how files get sent to me (through your platform, email, or however works best), and I'm ready for your next file.
