Case Study: Klondike House
As you enter the house, you were greeted with cheerful green walls and a lot of plants. We opted to paint the main floor a soft light grey and remove many of the plants. We also brought in new artwork and accessories.
In the dining area we also removed some furniture and rearranged the table and chairs. The result created an airy and inviting feel.
The furniture in the master bedroom was very large and heavy so replacing it with rentals wasn’t in the cards. We did, however, remove the giant TV from the dresser. It created a visual wall and made the room seem much smaller than it was.
